    • Type of travel you're interested in (cruise, resort, destination wedding, etc.)

    • Preferred destination or "not sure yet"

    • Approximate travel dates or timeframe

    • What you're hoping to experience

    From there, we ask clarifying questions to understand your preferences and match you perfectly.

    • Cruises: Ideally 12 months for best cabin selection and pricing. 3-6 months is still fine for most sailings, if available and prices may be higher.

    • All-Inclusive Resorts: 3-6 months, especially for peak seasons (holidays, spring break)

    • Destination Weddings: 12-18 months to secure venue and coordinate guest travel

    • Corporate Groups: 12-18 months for large groups needing room blocks and meeting space

    • Last-Minute Travel: We can do it, but options and pricing are limited
